Compositionally you have an exceptional piece here, having the open space cut down through the middle works really well in this picture. Also the angle the buildings are on is perfect, having the slight lean to the right really makes the picture more interesting than if they were just straight lines going up and down. The lines all throughout this picture really help the eyes flow through the picture, the buildings fading towards the back, the leaning lines the buildings create from top to bottom, and the staggered lines of the cars heading back into the photograph all aid in moving the eye around.
Movement is another big thing captured in this picture. Since the snow is blurred it really feels as if it is still falling, and not a captured moment in time.
The only thing I feel that could have made this picture a little stronger is perhaps [although stated earlier that the open space being centered works well for this picture] showing more of the building to the left, and cropping more off on the right, which would move the open space slightly towards the right. The heavy contrast of the darkness of the buildings and the light space going straight down the middle, is slightly distracting.
All in all a phenomenal shot, you do exceptional work and clearly have a knowledge for what you're doing. The exposure and composition of this picture is exceptional. Great job done!
Great Work
